Clear contact routes and focused information for people seeking support.
The challenge
A wide range of users needed a clear route to the right support.
EmployAbility Limerick works with jobseekers, people with disabilities, employers and wider stakeholders, each arriving with different questions and needs.
The website had to make services easy to understand and information straightforward to find. Accessibility and clarity were central because the site serves people with different abilities, circumstances and levels of digital confidence.
Staff also needed to manage routine content internally, without every update becoming a technical task or creating inconsistencies across the website.
Different audiences
Jobseekers, employers and stakeholders needed distinct pathways without fragmenting the overall experience.
Accessible information
Content needed readable hierarchy, predictable navigation and clear actions rather than visual or technical barriers.
Staff independence
The team needed a practical way to keep important public information current without ongoing technical dependency.
What we built
A structured public-facing website designed around people.
Audience-led information structure
Jobseekers, employers and people exploring specific supports can move directly towards the information relevant to them.
Accessibility-minded design
Clear headings, readable content, consistent page patterns and straightforward actions help reduce cognitive and navigational friction.
Structured WordPress website
The site uses a manageable content structure that keeps pages consistent while remaining practical for non-technical staff.
Clear service pathways
Core areas such as Jobseekers, Employers and IPS are easy to identify from the main navigation and throughout the website.
Responsive, usable experience
Content and contact routes remain clear across desktop, tablet and mobile so support information is available wherever users need it.
The result
A clearer experience for visitors and the team behind the service.
People can now understand the available support, identify the pathway that fits their needs and find a clear way to make contact.
The structured design improves usability for clients, employers and stakeholders while making public-facing information easier to navigate.
For EmployAbility Limerick staff, WordPress provides a straightforward way to update content and keep the website current without unnecessary technical support.
