Not confident – we’ve no idea who manages it, how secure it is, or if it’s backed up. Someone “looks after it”, but we’re not sure what’s in place for security or backups. We know who manages it and that security, backups and updates usually happen. Very confident – hosting, security, backups and updates are clearly managed and regularly checked. 5. How much work does your website do for you, versus you doing the work manually? Very little – it’s mostly a brochure; everything still happens by phone/email. Some – we have forms/features, but most follow-up is manual. A fair bit – key steps are partly automated, but there’s still manual chasing. A lot – enquiries, bookings and key steps are handled automatically with clear follow-ups. 6. How well do your photos and social media show off your business where your customers actually are? We rarely post, don’t have many good photos, and aren’t really active where our customers are. We’re on one or two channels and post now and then, mostly older or random photos. We have decent photos and are active on the main channels our customers use, but not very consistently. We use high-quality, on-brand photos and post consistently on the channels your customers actually use.
